A space to think, breathe, and be met where you are.
Sometimes, we just need space. Space to think something through. To breathe before a big decision. To untangle a feeling. To hear ourselves.
Time to Pause is not therapy —
but it is therapeutic.
It offers a moment of depth and clarity,
in the midst of whatever life is asking of you.
This is a calm, reflective space held with presence and care. I offer this space not to analyse or diagnose, but to sit with you — to meet what’s there with curiosity and compassion.
About Me
My approach is grounded in seven years of social and critical psychoanalytic psychotherapy training and practice, and supported by seventeen years of experience as a Vajrayana Buddhist. This isn’t Buddhism as it’s often imagined — distant or idealised — but a lived practice of presence, relationship, and awareness, woven into everyday life. It’s a way of being that listens closely, attends gently, and trusts that meaning unfolds when we make space for it.
